The faculty and staff of Sandusky High School are pleased to have the opportunity to once again provide our student body with the outstanding educational program and traditions that we have long been noted for. As a comprehensive high school, Sandusky High offers a full menu of advanced placement, honors, college-prep, general level, and career-technical programs that meet the needs of our students.

The mission of Sandusky High School is to graduate students who are productive, responsible members of society and are equipped with 21^stcentury skills who demonstrate the ability to work to their potential. We encourage our students to strive for academic excellence and to participate in the arts, athletics, and the many clubs and organizations SHS has to offer. Sandusky High School reflects the standards, desires, and concerns of the diverse community that supports it. As one of the primary assets of the community, we provide learning opportunities which foster intellectual, social, character, cultural, and physical growth.

Parental and community involvement are important facets of a child’s education.
