To enroll in one of the Sandusky Career Centers full-time career and technical training programs, a student must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Students must also meet testing benchmarks on a WorkKeys® placement test. Some programs may have additional requirements.
Tuition payments must be made in accordance with the written payment contract drawn between the student and Admissions Coordinator. Failure to comply with the schedule of payments may result in dismissal from the program.
If there is an unpaid balance at the end of the program, the student will not be permitted to take the certification test and will not receive a certificate of completion until paid in full.
Tuition and other associated costs should be paid in full prior to the start of any full, part, short-term or special interest course or program unless otherwise stated by the Adult Education office and Adult Director.
Registration for all courses is handled through the office of the Sandusky Career Center.
Additional policies or revisions to these policies may apply to students enrolled in the Practical Nurse Program. Please see the Sandusky Career Center School of Practical Nursing Student Handbook for additional information.
